Loft Real Estate Inc. (dba LoftLivingLA.com and Loft Living Los Angeles) was
founded by two high school best friends from a small Midwest town who
reconnected in the big city after 12+ years. Ted, a video web producer and real estate agent,
has been living in his Downtown loft for over 10 years. For years people
asked him about Downtown lofts and how they could find one for themselves. That's when he called upon Ian,
a freelance web designer, to partner with him in answering these sorts
of questions about Downtown living and lofts/condos.
Over 7 years have passed since Loft Living Los Angeles began
to help people find a place to live/work in Downtown Los Angeles. Back
then, there were NO lofts in Downtown Los Angeles that were for sale.
It was only in 2002/2003 did you see lofts hitting the pre-sale market for those
looking to buy.
Loft Living Los Angeles is
still the leader and premier resource for Los Angeles lofts, particularly
in Downtown. Instead of being entirely web-based as we were in the beginning,
we now offer various personalized services to help loft seekers get

In February of 2006, Ian moved to Tokyo to pursue his interest in teaching
school to foreign language students. He sold his 1/2 of the partnership
to Ted's life partner, Drew Panico. In 2007/2008, Oona Mekas, Elicia Suarez, Grant Linscott and Samantha Cristiano joined the team too. Our team is designed to help people find the BEST MATCH for their loft, condo, house, or commercial interests in the Downtown area. We do all the work after you answer just a few questions about what you hope to find.
