NEW Restaurant- STEAKHOUSE & LOUNGE LIKE NO OTHER

Hi Everyone,
Wanted to pass on this information about a GREAT NEW place to eat & drink.
Not much press on this place yet, but we were blown away last night,
they are still in their "soft opening stage", and their GRAND OPENING
will be in the next few weeks. This is a MUST!! NOT LIKE ANY
OTHER!!!! The dishes are unique and delicious, a delightful Asian
fusion steakhouse
In the Arts District, next to ZIP FUSION, 734 E. 3td Street, just east
of Alameda, is EAST THIRD, behind a very unassuming entrance, you will
find an exciting new nightspot & eatery called EAST THIRD.
The owner Jason is the nicest guy, and is seen throughout the night
visiting with the folks eating.
The steaks and pork dishes were some of my favorites, and the prices
were reasonable.
The space is exciting and hip, and the music selection had an exciting
beat, yet not to loud, so you could carry on a conversation with
others. The full bar will be open in the next few days, only beer and
wine last night.
Get out there and give them a try, this is special!!!
I have, at our store, 20 VIP entree cards, so the first 20 people who
come by can claim 1, they are good for 10 visits, and gives you a free
entree when you buy one. So basically 2 for 1. Only good 1 per group
per visit, this is a great way to save on dinners, and test the place out.
We are open here at LOFT APPEAL from 10am-6pm daily, so hurry I only
have 20 of these to give away.

(PS~~~~~~~Also wanted to mention SHEKARCH Restaurant across the street
from us at LOFT APPEAL, will be opening for dinner starting next week.
Excellant Persian food with great Kabobs and salads, they have been
open here for 10 years but never open for dinner. Another place with
lights on at night. We are thinking about opening Thurs nights til 8
or 9. If we hear back from enough people, we will give it a try
again, seems that things are moving in a positive direction
