A $30 per person
application fee covers criminal background & eviction check,
credit history verification, and credit score.
To hold an in-house listing off the market for 48 hours, a
non-refundable $300 cash hold can be placed on a listing that will be surrendered to the home owner/developer.
The $300 will be applied to your move-in fees if you decide
to move forward. This is ONLY an option if you are uncertain
about moving forward but want to hold a listing off the market.
If you decide not to lease the listing, the entire fee is
surrendered to the home owner/developer.
Some building do have move-in, move-out, and secuirty
deposits required. Some fees are refundable after move in and move
out, some fees are not. Please ask your agent if your building's
Home Owners Association (HOA) requires these additional fees.
